At every gearbox manufacturing company, to identify the faulty products, all gearboxes need to pass the EOL tests before they can be delivered to the customer. A great range of faults can be identified, including the ones that appear when shifting gears or when operating at a specific gear. In GhazvinNiroo Moharreke Company, the fault diagnosis process via the EOL test systems is done subjectively by an operator. The main purpose of this project is to create an objective framework for the fault diagnosis process that enables the operator to shift the gears manually or automatically, monitor the system, and identify faults using an NVH fault diagnosis system.
